    Wow i hope it aint true but a man has to do what he thinks is right. If he thinks the ufc will end up hurting him film career then he might be doing the right thing and try to retire. But i wanted to see him knock out rashad so i hope this aint true

    I hope he changes his mind too, I was really looking forward to the Rashad fight.

    Although I had Rashad, it would have been an awesome fight, with two of my top 5 favorite fighters.

    He beat Forrest the first time IMO

    even FightMetric had Rampage as the winner.

    A lot of people hate Rashad because he of his nut grab against Forrest, but it worked to a T. It got Forrest mad, and he lost his composure and got KO'd.

    If you'll listen to Rashad out of the cage, you'll see he is a funny, humble, good dude.

    Rashad is my favorite fighter(along with A.Silva heh), has been ever since TUF season 2. I loved the fact Hughes hated him, and made him fight almost every week. He didn't ***** or whine, he just went out there and won, at a weight class he was clearly too little for!
    He won TUF as a Heavyweight, when he could fight at Middleweight

    Yea i thought rampage beat him the first time too. If he does retire its a pretty big blow to the lhw division that has already gotten weaker with the iceman possibly retiring even tho he still wants to fight.

    Well I think the LHW divison will be okay, it was stacked as it was, but it is a HUGE blow, Rampage was a top 2 LHW in the world.

    But they still have;
    Machida, Shogun, Rashad, Anderson Silva, Thiago Silva, Forrest Griffin, Luis Cane, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, Jon Jones(who will be a beast, he will win the title in the next two years, one of my fav's), Wanderli, Jardine, Couture, Vera, etc..

    They have 9 out of the top 10 LHW's according to Sherdog's rankings.

    All they need is Mousasi, then the LHW would be the most stacked divison ever.

    Re: Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson---Retired?

    People on sherdog are talking a bunch of crap on rampage.

    As for the lhw division - jardine is average he will never be a contender for the belt, spider no one knows if he will stay in lhw long enough to make a title run, wandy is on the way down he is nowhere near the same fighter that he was before, Vera is also average imo, and i didnt think nog had signed with ufc yet could be wrong tho.
